You must have the ability to manage and evolve large scale engineering organizations (internal and external) in an increasingly challenging and competitive external environment. You will also interface with Egencia CTO and technology team, as well as broader Expedia Group technology teams. Must haves: * Experience operating at a senior leader in a globally matrixed organization. * This role is located in Paris, France. You must be fluent in both French and English. What you'll do: * Leadership of a 70+ person agile development technology team based in France and India. * You will be inspiring and approachable as a leader of diverse and large, multi-level teams. You will recruit, retain and coach the best talent by creating a compelling vision and culture while strengthening morale and cohesion across the teams. * Drive the success of the ongoing global transformation of Traveldoo from a regionally-siloed (France/UK-centric) to truly global organization. * You will be focused in process optimization. You will ensure that the core technology organization is operating at maximum efficiency with appropriate levels of maintenance whilst constantly fostering the ability to innovate and grow. * Lead technology innovation and drive new thinking around how technology can continue to simplify, synchronize and globalize Traveldoo's business processes and customer's needs. * Provide high-level technical contributions to customer relationships and foster services focused engineering environment. Who you are (aside from experienced delivering the above): * Established experience in software development across both development and program management with enterprise scale applications; experience leading large scale engineering organizations / SaaS platforms is desired. * You are motivated by OKR /Agile achievement and continuous improvement with the enthusiasm and drive to motivate your team and the wider organization. * Complex project management skills, with agile experience. Experienced in managing and coaching geographically distributed agile teams working in scrum, Kanban and Scrumban. * Experience with customer-focused/centric organizations - proven credentials in building products that partners, and consumers need, want and will adopt. * Experience as a member of the senior management/executive team with strong communication skills to report to the board, manage the budget and be the voice of the technology for the company. * You have demonstrated success defining and delivering against product roadmaps and experience with complex SOA based architectures in highly available, scalable, distributed, web based, mobile and ecommerce applications. * Experience of B2B / B2B2C and within the travel industry and/or financial industry is appreciated.
